Using the shopping cart 
For your convenience we have added a shopping cart feature. We hope you find this feature useful and if you have any problems using the cart please email the Site Manager

Our shopping cart is provided by Mal's e-commerce, a server that provides SSL encryption. The best encryption software in the industry. By using SSL you can feel confident that your privacy and sensitive information (like credit cards) is protected.

Payment options
We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and Debit cards. More payment options coming soon.

Instructions
You can go directly to the our Price Lists from the front page of our site by selecting the category and then the "Price List" button. When you see an item you would like to purchase, select the "ADD" button next to the description to add item to cart. You will then be taken to your cart to check the item or items you entered. Click the "Continue Shopping" button to be taken back to the Price List.

You can view your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the "View Cart" button. Note that all items you placed in your Cart from the other Price Lists are also included in here.

If there are items in your cart that you do not wish to purchase, or if you want to change the quantity of an item, simply change the number in the "Quantity" area and select the "recalculate" button. To delete the item just use a "0".

Checking out
Once you are done shopping and ready to check out, click the "View Cart" button. View your contents and make any changes you feel necessary. There is no sales tax and shipping is 10%.

Off-line ordering
We are sorry to say that we do not accept mail orders at this present time, but it will be an option soon!

Basic ordering info
Most items are in stock and are shipped within 48 hours of your order. We may break your order into multiple shipments, depending on the items ordered. If we choose to do this, we will not charge you for additional postage and handling. Most orders take about 1-2 weeks for shipping.

Return policy
We regret that we are not able to accept returns unless the item was damaged during shipment. Also the item can only be exchanged for an item that is the same. If  we do not have the item in stock then you may exchange it for one of the same value. All damaged items must be returned within a week from when you received it. We hope you never need to return anything. If you do need to make a return then ship the returned items with a note with the reason for the return.
 
 
 
 

PRIVACY INFO
Orders
We will request information from you on your order form. Here  you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer’s orders. This information may also be used to contact you if there is any problems with your order.

We use a credit card processing company to bill you for our merchandise. These companies do not retain, share, store or use your personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.

This web site contains links to other sites. Please be aware that we BEANIAC are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by BEANIAC.

Surveys & Contests
From time-to-time our site may requests information from users via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code, age level). Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this site.

This website takes every precaution to protect our users’ information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line.

When our order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number and/or other personal information), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL (Secure Socket Layer). While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just‘surfing’.

While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line. All of our users’ information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The server that we store personally identifiable information on is kept in a secure environment, behind a locked cage.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on our Homepage so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under circumstances, if any, we disclose it. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner.
